A; CPM is the way we calculate the
cost of your campaign. CPM means cost per thousand (the M
is Roman Numberal for 1000). To determine the cost of your
campaign, divide the quantity by 1000, and multiply by the
CPM cost. (ie. if it is $3.00 CPM and you order 10000 visitors,
take (10000/1000)x3.00 and the total is $30).

are as follows:
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard,
and Paypal. Orders are processed as they are received, and
enter the queue when demand for the service increases. Due
to the recent increase in credit card fraud, we are manually
screening every order placed, and therefore must be allowed
extra time to process your order. We usually send an order
confimation within 12-24hrs. of it being placed, so if you
do not receive one, please contact us to verify that your
order has been received.

policy?
A;Our refund policy is very simple.
We issue refunds on a case-by-case, pro-rata basis. Because
we have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered,
we can only give refunds on traffic that has not been delivered.
If we fail to deliver all of your traffic within 30 days of
the campaign start date, we will refund a portion of the money
that is equivilent to the undelivered traffic.
